Hello Gorgeous! I'm Alice and we are already best friends! I'm a single mom in my 40s and I've been teaching dance fitness for over 8 years. I'm a NETA certified fitness instructor with specialties in Barre, Pilates. I am classically trained in dance and my true love is Hip Hop . My teaching style is loose is fun. I love to create a safe environment for my students to drop their limiting beliefs and fully be the dancing baddies they are. I'm passionate about helping women "see themselves " and come into their best energetic states through movement in dance. My fitness philosophy is rooted in radical self- acceptance and loving yourself into your most magnificent form. I only want my students to feel better leaving than when they came.
